Using the service
MCP Moira is a personal beta project operated by an individual developer. By using the hosted service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Beta status
The service is experimental. Features, workflows, APIs, limits, and availability may change or stop. The service may contain errors, and updates may cause loss of data. Keep your own copy of any workflow or content that matters to you.
Your account
Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and notify the operator if you believe your account has been compromised. The hosted service is not offered to residents of the Russian Federation, and registration requires confirmation of this restriction. The service may also require email verification. The operator may suspend or close an account used unlawfully, insecurely, or in violation of these Terms.
To request account deletion, email belyiwork@mail.ru from the address associated with the account. Reasonable identity verification may be required.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- upload malware or content intended to damage systems or people;
- gain unauthorized access, bypass limits, or disrupt the service;
- collect another user's data without authorization;
- place content in the service that you have no right to use.
Your content
You keep your rights to the workflows and content you create. You give the operator only the permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to operate the service, respond to your support request, and protect the service from a concrete security threat. The permission continues only while the content is stored for those purposes, including limited backup, recovery, security, or legal retention needs.
Third-party services
MCP Moira may connect to services that you choose, including sign-in providers and AI clients. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. The operator does not control those services.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the beta service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit, or loss caused by a third-party service. You remain responsible for deciding whether the beta service is suitable for your use and for keeping necessary backups.
Changes and termination
These Terms may change as the beta changes. The current version and update date are published on this page. If you do not agree with a current version, stop using the service and request deletion of your account. The operator may discontinue the beta service.
