About this service
MCP Moira is a personal beta project operated by an individual developer. This policy describes how the hosted service at moira-mcp.com handles personal data. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to belyiwork@mail.ru.
Data we handle
- Account data: email address, optional name, password hash, verification status, connected sign-in provider data, and records that you accepted the service terms.
- Service content: workflow definitions, execution context and variables, node state, execution notes, reminders, errors, and artifacts that you create or upload. This content may include personal or confidential information that you choose to provide.
- Technical and security data: session data, IP address, country derived from IP, user agent, timestamps, request and audit records, and transactional email delivery records.
Why we use the data
- To create and secure your account and operate the workflows you request.
- To send account verification, recovery, and service messages.
- To respond to your support request and investigate a specific reported failure.
- To prevent abuse and investigate a concrete security incident.
- To understand service reliability and basic usage from technical execution metadata such as the account association, workflow identifier, count, status, and duration. This does not require reading workflow or execution content for semantic analysis.
- To meet an applicable legal obligation.
Where applicable, core service processing is necessary to provide the service you requested. Security and limited operational processing rely on the operator's legitimate interest in keeping the beta service safe and functional. A separate optional use will rely on consent only when the service asks for that consent separately.
Administrator access
The operator may access account, session, workflow, artifact, or execution data — including execution context, node state, notes, reminders, and errors — when reasonably necessary to respond to your request, investigate a specific reported failure, or handle a concrete security incident. This access is not used for routine review of user activity.
Raw workflow and execution content is not used for advertising, model training, or general product research. If a future research program needs this content, it will require a separate explanation and voluntary choice before that use begins.
Service providers
The service may use the following provider categories only as needed:
- hosting and infrastructure providers that run and protect the service;
- configured SMTP or Brevo services for transactional email;
- GitHub or Google when you choose an enabled social sign-in option;
- an AI client or provider that you choose to connect to MCP Moira. Your relationship with that provider is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
Providers may process data in countries where they operate. Their own privacy terms describe that processing. The service does not sell personal data.
How long data is kept
Account and service data is kept while the account is active and while it is needed to provide the beta service. Individual items are removed when the available product controls delete them. You may request account and associated personal-data deletion by email. Security, backup, and legal records may remain for the limited period reasonably needed for recovery, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or an applicable legal obligation. Artifacts and sessions may also expire under the limits shown by the service.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal data associated with your account by emailing belyiwork@mail.ru. Other rights may apply under the data-protection law that applies to you. A request may require reasonable identity verification, and some data may be retained where the law permits or requires it.
Security
The service uses access controls, encrypted network transport, password hashing, and other measures intended to protect stored data. No beta service can guarantee absolute security. Do not place information in a workflow or execution unless it is needed for your task.
Cookies and local storage
The service uses essential session cookies and local storage needed for authentication, security, and interface preferences. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Children
The hosted beta is not intended for children under 16. Do not create an account if you are under 16.
Changes
This policy may change as the beta service changes. The current version and update date are published on this page. A new optional use of personal data will be explained before it begins when applicable law requires notice or consent.
